Essential Responsibilities

Design/co-design test scenarios and procedures for testing user interactionsAssist in preparing for, arranging, and executing usability test sessions and usability studiesAssist in analyzing usability test results and communicating findings to teamsAssist in writing usability documentationDevelop tools for planning and executing usability studies, and consolidating results


Basic Qualifications and Requirements

Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree in Human Factors/Usability Engineering, Cognitive Science, UX/UI Design, Industrial Design or Computer Science, or solid experience with Usability/User researchEffective analytical, creative thinker with excellent communication skillsGood understanding of usability principles, UX design process and design methodologiesPractical experience with user research and/or usability testingCurious, self-driven, eager to learn, collaborative, and able to find informationGood spoken and written Finnish and English
 

Desirable skills

Working experience with user research for consumer or professional productsExperience with design and user interface prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe)Knowledge of or experience with medical devicesKnowledge of or experience with AI tools for design
