Essential Responsibilities

Develop software for patient monitors in various areas like user interface software, communication protocols, networking, real time operating systems, cybersecurity, and many othersParticipate in the full software development cycle, including code development, reviews, testing, and documentationFollow and improve well-established principles for building robust and high-quality software products that are efficient, testable, and easy to maintainBe part of continuous improvements in tools and our ways of working for happier employees and customers

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

3rd year or higher in Software Engineering or other relevant studiesExperience with C/C++ and curiosity to new technologiesUnderstanding of low-level embedded software, peripherals, drivers, low-power optimizations, and real time operating systemsOpen and curious mindset, willing to approach the challenges in cutting-edge technologyNatural self-starter with team-player attitude and ability to take ownership

Desirable skills

Experience with Python, Wireshark and/or automated testing frameworks like Robot FrameworkExperience with version control systems like Git, code review tools and the practice of continuous integrationExperience with Linux operating systemExperience in QT and curiosity in developing UIInterest in physiological patient monitoring and biomedical engineering
