The Education, Training, and Development Operations team is responsible for scheduling training courses, meetings, seminars, and conferences. These events may be in person and require logistical support or remote virtual courses requiring digital support for attendees.
As an intern, you might:
Provide services and logistics for training classes, workshops, conferences, and meetings.
Assess needs, investigate options to schedule services and providers effectively
Work independently or partner with sales staff and instructors to position services
Serve as a liaison between customers and other departments globally
Independently manage one or more key aspects of Business Operations processes.
Provide regular reports to management on the status of projects/programs.
Support business process improvements and continual improvements to maximizethe operational efficiency of the training organization
Required Qualifications
Degree Type: Associate's
Targeted majors: Business or Hospitality
Additional required skills/qualifications include:
Proficiency with spreadsheets and document creation software such as MS Excel and Word
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to perform exacting, detail-oriented work
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Ability to work and learn independently
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to adapt to changing situations

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15–$31 for associate/bachelor ’s-level positions and $29-$49/hour for master’s/Ph. D. positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
