Summer 2026Intern – Revenue Management

As a Summer 2026 – Revenue Management intern at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) you will be part of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team supporting the growth and financial health of the total coffee business. Our team is responsible for the health of the business- from developing financial forecasts to working with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Sales, and Finance to driveresults. In this role, you will work directly with the team to help identify opportunities for growth in key accounts throughprocesses optimization, creating standardized reporting, and working with Field Sales & RGM teams to optimize strategies.

Shift/Schedule:

The KDP 2026 Summer Intern Program will run from June1st – August 7th, 2026Full-time; 40 hours per weekLocation: Burlington, MAMonday-Friday8:00am until 5:00pmHybrid, In-person Tues-Thurs

As a Revenue Management intern, you will:

Analyze, and manipulate data sets to gain tactical insights and drive business growthDevelop new tools for monitoringmarket pricing and financial impacts on the business across accountsPartner with Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain teams to help track and deliver on key performance metricsPartner with Sales & Field RGM teams to help identifyand execute optimal growth strategies

Total Rewards:
$31.00/ hourPaid bi-weekly$2,500 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related fieldExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changesStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAbility to review and analyze data sets to drive business resultsExperience with PowerBI or NPD/Circanasyndicated data is a plus
