This internship pays $22 / hour and works out of 11 Northway Ln N., Latham, NY 12110.
Qualified candidates will be eligible to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with an hour break starting around June 1, 2026 and working at least a full 90 days.
Responsibilities
Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in preparing financial statement & analysisWork closely with rental branches and other departmentsAssist accounting managers with reports, etc.Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cashAssist in accounting schedules & filingPerform miscellaneous administrative duties as neededEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
Qualifications Must be at least 18 years oldMust be enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college/university in a bachelors degree program in Accounting or Finance with a graduation date of May 2027.Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferredMust have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordMust be able to read, write, and speak EnglishMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
