Suites Coordinator- Smoothie King

Responsibilities:

Responsible for working closely with Suite Owners/Administrators to coordinate information to ensure an excellent game day experienceAnswer calls and emails in a timely mannerMust have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offeredProvide Suite Owners/Administrators with information that requires a comprehensive knowledge of menus, company policies, practices and operationsResponsible for updating and maintaining QuestMaintains Suite Owner information in a confidential manorCandidate must handle inquiries, requests and present information in a professional mannerAbility to explain and answer questions about menu items, specials, company policies and operations in detailMust be able to quickly and efficiently enter orders into QuestMust be able to pull and produce appropriate reports for back of the house and front of the house on a daily basisMust be able to up sell in a professional manorFinalize any billing inquiriesCompile information using various sources; organize reports; perform calculations, and updates as necessaryIndependently responds to inquiries, verbally or in writing,  must have the ability to work independently in a multi-tasking customer service settingHas frequent contact with company executives and with executive personnel outside of companyMaintains positive public relations with inter-departmental and outside contacts at all timesPrioritizes work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance as to established timesMust be efficient and accurate with data entryMust type 40 wpm with accuracyMay be needed in many different areas on emergency situationsMaintain the Suites office, its equipment and suppliesOther duties and projects as assigned

Customer service and communication skillsFast-paced problem-solving skillsBuild buyer/seller relationshipsMust be personable, proactive and self-motivatedOrganized and ability to jump from task to task and prioritize as neededAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAble to adapt to change quicklyPunctual and dependableMust be able to read and maintain informationMust be able to perform simple mathematical calculationsMust be able to speak, read, write and understand EnglishAble to move fast and act on assigned dutiesMust maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standardAbility to occasionally lift, carry and put away parcels weighing up to 30 poundsAbility to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of timeFinger, hand, and wrist dexterity1-3 years of administrative assistant experience requiredExcellent organizational, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, and the ability to learn and apply varied computer programsKnowledge and experience working with a POS systemHigh School Diploma required, associate degree preferred
