The Role: Reporting to Suites Supervisor and Management, a Suites In-Seat Server is responsible for taking beverage orders from guests and ensuring food stations are maintained and running smoothly. Responsibilities: + Event Days: + Set up and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area. + Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail to exceed their expectations. + Serve soda, water, wine, draft beer, and canned beer from bar areas. + Communicate beverage orders to Bar staff to ensure timely service. + Work with fellow servers to clear/clean tables and maintain food stations. + Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. + Knowledge and experience working with a POS system. + Customer service and fast-paced problem-solving skills under pressure. + Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated. + Ability to work effectively independently and/or in a team environment + Ability to adapt to change quickly and prioritize tasks as needed. + Punctuality and dependability. + Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations. + Excellent personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance. + Ability to occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds. + Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays. + Availability on 1-2 weekdays for Suite setup preferred. + Must complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
