SUMMARY:

SAVOR / ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Suite Attendant at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington. This part-time, event-driven position is responsible for delivering elevated food and beverage service to premium suite guests while creating a welcoming, polished, and memorable experience throughout each event.

The Suite Attendant serves as the primary point of contact for suite holders and guests, ensuring service excellence, accuracy, and compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite holders and single-game renters for all events hosted at accesso ShoWare CenterDeliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service to all guests while maintaining a positive and engaging presencePrepare suites prior to each event, ensuring all food, beverages, and amenities are properly stocked, organized, and presentation-readyMonitor and replenish suite inventory throughout the event to maintain service standardsConfirm all food and beverage items are prepared to standard, delivered accurately, and served in a timely mannerAssist with catering functions and demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple service roles as needed, including bartender, server, suite runner, and catering supportComplete all opening and closing duties as assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or SupervisorVerify guest identification and ensure compliance with all local, state, and company alcohol service regulationsObtain required signatures from suite hosts for charges incurred during eventsMaintain cleanliness and organization of suites and service areas throughout the eventComplete all closing tasks prior to departureMaintain availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedulesBe a team player

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

1 year of experience in food and beverage service (bartender knowledge is preferred but not required)Highly motivated, self-directed, with strong work ethics.Detail oriented and able to perform independently while supporting team goals.  Strong verbal skills and ability to thrive in team – oriented environment.Must have current and valid food handler’s and mixology permits.Ability to climb stairs, stand and walk for duration of shift.HS diploma required.Must be 18 years old.Must be able to pass background and credit check.

Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.  Employees (and family) will be eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision benefits when completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
