About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities for a large-scale substation build supporting data center construction in Rayville, LA. This role will manage day‑to‑day construction oversight, contractor coordination, site safety, project scheduling, and quality assurance to ensure successful execution of ongoing facility expansion, improvements, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and experienced in managing complex industrial or distribution construction projects. This position requires being onsite 4 weeks at a time, with a long weekend home, to supervise field activities and maintain strong alignment with stakeholders. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rayville, LA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
