Substance Abuse Clinical Supervisor

Make a real difference in the lives of people recovering from addiction. Our faith-based residential program seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our dedicated clinical team. You'll oversee staff, ensure compliance, and provide direct client care when needed.

What You'll Do:

Supervise, train, and mentor clinical staff.Assign cases, review documentation, and maintain compliance with all regulations.Provide therapy and lead groups as needed.Support a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Master's in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.Wisconsin LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license (required).Wisconsin SAC or CSAC certification (required).2+ years' clinical supervision experience (residential/homeless population preferred).

Monday-Friday | On-call every 5th weekend (stipend)
