Subcontracts Supervisor
Title: Subcontracts Supervisor Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Job Summary As a Subcontracts Supervisor, you will oversee the full spectrum of subcontracting and procurement activities supporting multiple sites and services across the EUCOM Area of Responsibility and other R&S Programs within the region. Roles and Responsibilities + This role is responsible for qualifying suppliers, issuing, and evaluating requests for proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring all subcontract files and processes comply with established company procedures and regulatory requirements. + You will apply advanced expertise to resolve complex subcontracting challenges, establish priorities, and implement best practices. + You will provide guidance and task direction to regional subcontract support teams, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery. + You will leverage strong judgment, interpersonal skills, and extensive industry experience, to ensure efficient subcontract administration aligned with organizational policies, contractual obligations, and business objectives. + Perform full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work. + Qualify suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluate proposals, maintain subcontract files in accordance with established procedures. + Oversee and performs the full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work on a project. + Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team. + Establish priorities for the completion of assigned tasks. + Use judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. + May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members. + Rely upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy. + Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience. + Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. + Must possess strong administrative and organizational skills and contribute to effective team communication. + Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) + Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
