About the Role
The Subcontracts Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing subcontracts for a variety of high‑dollar, high‑complexity systems, materials, and services in support of multiple product lines. This role plays a key part in supplier selection, contract negotiation, and the development of subcontracts and long‑term agreements, as well as the ongoing management of large and complex supplier programs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage complex subcontracts across multiple product lines
Lead supplier selection activities, including analysis and sourcing strategy development
Negotiate and create subcontracts and long‑term supplier agreements
Manage large, high‑value, and complex supplier programs
Conduct cost, schedule, and performance analysis
Support program and project management activities and lead cross‑functional efforts as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts, or program management
Demonstrated experience in analysis, sourcing strategy development, contract negotiation, and complex program management
Program/project management experience, including leading teams
Compliance Requirement
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
