**Sub Assembly - Hampshire, IL** **1st Shift - $18+** **Job Description** The Assembler will be responsible for using work instructions and hand tools to build industrial sweeping machines. There are four different assembly stations, each progressively more challenging, where you will be involved in installing brakes, tires, lift arms, hoses, harnesses, sub-assemblies, and final assembly. Each station requires approximately 4-5 hours of labor. **Responsibilities** + Follow work instructions to assemble industrial sweeping machines. + Utilize hand and power tools efficiently. + Install brakes, tires, lift arms, hoses, and harnesses. + Complete sub-assemblies and final assemblies. + Ensure safety and accuracy in all assembly processes. **Essential Skills** + Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand and power tools. + Understanding of general labor and light assembly techniques. + Ability to read and follow instruction manuals. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly processes. + Capability to understand and execute complex assembly instructions. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy working in a climate-controlled environment with consistent conditions and supportive colleagues.
