The Student Success Technology & Training Analyst supports the design, reporting, and troubleshooting of student success technology and training for the University of Miami’s Center for Academic Navigation and Success. This includes support in the implementation of student success technology, training and event planning, visual and electronic communication design and dissemination, and administrative support for senior leadership.
This role plays a critical role in system optimization, report development, and process improvement, and partners with the Center Senior Leadership and functional teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions that align with organizational goals to support student retention, persistence, and graduation.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
Student Success Technology (30%)
· Assists with the implementation, configuration, and deployment of student success technology (including EAB Navigate features, SharePoint, ULearn Curriculum and ILTs, etc.).
· Assists in communicating technology updates and changes (e.g, EAB Navigate) to student success communities.
· Works with Center leadership to create student success technology training and support materials and incorporate into training and professional development programs.
· Assists in the implementation of workflow development changes for EAB Navigate and other student service technologies.
Student Success Training (20%)
· Assist in planning and executing training sessions, workshops, and other events hosted by the Center for Academic Navigation and Success.
· Coordinate with internal and external service providers to obtain event-related cost estimates and purchase orders.
· Coordinate with internal and external facility managers and IT support to reserve physical space and ensure adequate technology for events.
Communication Design and Dissemination (20%)
· Create engaging and visually appealing internal and external communications, including drafting emails, memos, reports, promotional items, presentations and other correspondence for a variety of audiences, including students, staff, and other stakeholders.
· Under the Center leadership assist with maintaining website and SharePoint content, including content updates.
· Develop and review training materials, including how-to documentation, manuals, online modules, and videos.
· Coordinate and disseminate Center communications to the undergraduate Student Success Consortium.
Administrative (30%)
· Assist with purchasing and maintaining expenditure logs.
· Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders, to include students, faculty, and staff.
· Serve on the Center’s service improvement groups to provide administrative support such as communication, meeting minutes, etc.
· Serve on University of Miami committees as assigned.
· Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by Center leadership.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
Experience:
Two or more years' experience in program management and analysis, training, or student services. Equivalent combinations of education/experience may be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Strong proficiency in student success technology systems, including EAB Navigate, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, SharePoint, Slate, and other platforms that support student success initiatives.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
· Must be well organized, detail oriented, and manage multiple priorities with varying deadlines
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
