Student   Social   Worker  – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Position Overview: AristaCare is seeking a motivated and compassionate  Student   Social   Worker  to join our interdisciplinary care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This position is ideal for a  social  work  student  seeking supervised fieldwork or internship experience in long-term care, sub-acute, and rehabilitation services. The  Student   Social   Worker  will work under the supervision of the  Social  Services Director and/or Licensed  Social   Worker , gaining practical experience while supporting residents and families through psychosocial services and care planning.
