Your new role

As a Student Assistant in our People Analytics team, you will: 

Assist with various data-related projects and ad-hoc tasks.  Support with data analysis, presentations and reporting.  Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver insights.  Helping maintain data accuracy across HR systems.  Gain hands-on experience in a professional and dynamic environment.

The People Analytics department is highly regarded across the enterprise, owning the single source of truth across our entire workforce and executing strategic priorities through data-driven insights and recommendations. Our mission is to develop a comprehensive understanding of our workforce and leverage data-driven insights to support our leaders in making informed decisions. By analyzing key trends and identifying areas for acceleration, we aim to provide actionable recommendations that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you: 

are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s programme  have a keen interest in data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.  have a proactive and organised approach to tasks and able to work both independently and collaboratively.  are available to work 15-20 hours per week and ideally have at least two years left in your studies. 

Nice to have:  

Experience with data visualisation tools (i.e. Power BI)   Experience with programming languages, such as DAX or SQL  Previous experience in a similar role
