**Job Title: Structures Technician in Midland Texas** **$51/hr total compensation----> $27/hr and $192 a day in perdiem.** **Responsibilities** + Work as part of a production team to assemble parts. + Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins. + Assemble satellite sub-assembly parts manually. + Use various hand tools, measuring, and test equipment. + Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes. + Pack, seal, and move boxes. + Pick up, move, and sort small parts. + Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly. + Perform other related duties as assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in assembly and blueprint reading. + Experience with wiring and structure assembly. + Skill in using hand and power tools. + Understanding of sheet metal repair and assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED. + Eligibility to work in the U.S. (US Citizen, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non-Citizen allowed to work for any employer). + Associate degree or certificate in a technical area. + Experience in assembly or manufacturing. + High aptitude for working with small electronics, including soldering small electrical components or mechanical equipment. + Experience in the space or aeronautical field. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and innovative team where your skills and contributions are valued.
