**Job Title: Structures Mechanic in Memphis, TN**
**Job Description**
As a Structures Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft and aircraft systems by performing tasks such as removal and replacement of components, bolting, torquing, adjusting rigging, and safety wiring. You will ensure compliance with quality standards set by the Company, FAA, and customers' approved maintenance manuals.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform typical maintenance operations, including removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components.
+ Modify, replace, or overhaul aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness.
+ Complete all tasks within estimated or budgeted hours while meeting quality standards.
+ Read and use Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, Blueprints, ATA Codes, and Service Bulletins.
+ Ensure accurate and properly annotated maintenance documents.
+ Return or destroy maintenance documents as required after job completion.
+ Operate ground support equipment safely, possessing company certification.
+ Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others according to the Company Team Member Safety Manual.
+ Execute proper handling of parts tags for repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts.
+ Interface effectively with management, other departments, and co-workers.
+ Maintain cleanliness of own and adjacent work areas.
+ Be flexible to work any or all shifts.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $83200.00/yr.
