As a Process & Functional Strategy VP within JPMorganChase, you will be a key player in our team, leveraging your abilities in driving strategic process improvements, optimizing functional operations, and managing cross-functional projects from inception to completion across Structured Lending. Your advanced understanding of automation technologies and data literacy will be crucial in optimizing our systems and making data-driven decisions. Job responsibilities 

Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy initiatives.Advise and influence senior leaders and executives on major business decisions and change initiatives.Manage related projects as a coordinated program, overseeing objectives, implementation plans, and execution.Partner with business and technology leaders to define, prioritize, and achieve strategic objectives, recommending alternative solutions as needed.Execute process improvement analysis, identify issues, design solutions, and quantify operational benefits.Ensure compliance with control, audit, and information risk policies throughout program execution.Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units and deliver effective presentations and project updates.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

BA or BS degree, 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management  and/or trading services, specifically in order execution, trade execution, and settlementExpertise in project management discipline and techniques; experience in delivering end-to-end solutions/programsProven ability to lead, with a focus on fostering continuous improvement and innovation. Expertise to create presentations across various levels. Ability to deliver in person & virtual presentations to senior management and stakeholders Ability to establish/maintain strong relationships/partnerships across various internal and external business partnersStrong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutionsExpertise in data analysis techniques, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to inform strategic decisions. Strong syndicated loan experience and knowledge of loan products preferredSkilled in leveraging digital literacy to adopt and integrate innovative technologies, enhancing trade services and operational efficiency. Capable of utilizing AI and machine learning to enhance trade service processes and improve decision-making, driving data-driven insights and outcomes.
