**Job Title: Structural Welder/Fitter ($24-$28 an HOUR)** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled structural welders and fitters with significant experience in handling large material to manufacture poles for street lighting and traffic control. This role is critical in the production of very large structures, and only candidates with relevant experience will be considered. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of heavy industrial welding/fitting experience. + Proficient in metalcore and flux core welding techniques. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Must pass welding and fitting tests. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy paid holidays, a boot allowance, and available overtime, providing excellent compensation and benefits. Overtime is available on Fridays 90% of the time and some Saturdays. The work environment requires wearing a hard hat, provided by the company, and candidates must bring their own welding hood and steel-toed boots. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $28.25/hr.
