Structural Welder – Join a High‑Performance TeamAbout the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Structural Welder to join our growing team and support major fabrication and welding projects on the dry dock. This role is ideal for welders who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working on large‑scale, high‑impact builds.

This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity with consistent hours:

Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMMandatory Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

This role is performed on a dry dock, involving hands‑on welding, fabrication, and equipment operation. You’ll work with a skilled team in an environment that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Suffolk, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
