Structural Welder
We are looking for skilled Structural Welders proficient in MIG and Flux core welding to join our team. This role offers opportunities for both experienced professionals and recent graduates from welding programs. You’ll work on diverse projects supporting the Energy industry, following customer specifications and delivering precision craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do
Perform MIG and Flux core welding tasks with accuracy and consistency.Interpret and work from customer drawings and specifications.Pass 2G MIG Root, Flux Fill & Cap tests to meet quality standards.Collaborate effectively in a team environment, primarily Spanish-speaking.What You Bring
Proficiency in MIG and Flux core welding.Ability to pass 2G MIG Root, Flux Fill & Cap tests.Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.Preferred Skills

Work Environment First shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional extensions until 5:00 PM. Work in a collaborative shop environment focused on quality and precision.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sapulpa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
