Job Title: Structural Welder – MIG/Fluxcore | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Pay: Competitive, with yearly bonus potential $28-$33/HR

Shifts: Monday-Thursday

1st Shift: 5:00 AM / 6:00 AM / 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AMIncludes two paid 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch

We’re looking for skilled Structural Welders to join a hands-on fabrication team building steel bridge components. If you’re confident in your MIG and fluxcore welding skills and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced shop environment, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

Perform fluxcore MIG welding on steel components up to ½\" thickRead and interpret blueprints to complete full layouts and fabricationsOperate overhead and Jib cranes as neededUse fabrication equipment including band saws, drill presses, stud welders, and grindersWeld in various positions—including crawling under materialsPass a 3G vertical up weld test on 7/8\" plate with full penetration (X-ray verified)

Solid experience in structural weldingProficiency in MIG and fluxcore techniquesAbility to work independently and take initiativePhysical capability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, stoop, and crawl throughout the shiftStrong blueprint reading skillsWillingness to learn and grow—potential to move into a lead welder role

Work Environment:

You’ll be working in a small structural fabrication shop. It can be messy and lacks air conditioning, so comfort with a rugged environment is key. You’ll be moving throughout the shop and welding in various positions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
