Job Description
We are seeking skilled structural welders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong proficiency in Mig and Flux welding, the ability to read blueprints and tape measures, as well as knowledge of setting amperage/voltage on welding machines. Proficiency in welding in the 3G (vertical) position is a must.
ResponsibilitiesRead blueprints and drawings to take or read measurements and plan layout and procedures.Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.Set up components for welding according to specifications, such as cutting material with powered saws to match measurements.Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces.Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead).Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.Essential SkillsProficiency in Mig and Flux welding.Ability to read blueprints and tape measures.Knowledge of setting amperage/voltage on welding machines.Proficiency in welding in the 3G (vertical) position.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with fabrication and production.Ability to operate angle grinders and other necessary equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our work environment includes two shifts: Day Shift from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and Night Shift from 5 pm to 4:30 am, Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
