Structural Stick Welder – Immediate Start

Location: Carlisle & Des Moines, IA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (40–50 hrs/week)

Pay: $24–$30/hour (based on stick welding experience)

About the Role: Join a high-performing millwright crew working on grain handling and storage systems across Iowa. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll weld, install, and maintain equipment like conveyors, augers, and storage bins. What You’ll DoWork with a crew of 2–5 on installation and maintenance projectsPerform stick welding on structural components in the fieldInstall and repair grain handling systems: bucket elevators, conveyors, augers, spouting, bins, and tanksSupport construction and remodels of commercial ag buildings

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
