**Job Title: Structural Welder**
**Job Description**
As a Structural Welder, you will engage in structural welding on steel beams and unistruts, with a primary focus on stick welding. The role also involves bolting down unistruts and performing miscellaneous tasks as required.
**Must Have Qualifications**
**_Scissor Lift Certification._**
**_OSHA10 Certification._**
**_Hold a D1.1 Welding Certification_**
+ Comfortable with working at heights.
+ Able to lift over 50 lbs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform structural welding on steel beams and unistruts.
+ Conduct stick welding and ensure high-quality welds.
+ Assist in bolting down unistruts securely.
+ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience as a Structural Welder.
+ Proficient in 3G/4G welding and stick welding.
+ Familiarity with SMAW and GTAW welding techniques.
+ Capable of reading blueprints and fitting components.

**Work Environment**
Schedule of five 10-hour days and some Saturdays, totaling around 50 hours per week, with more hours possible if weekends are worked. Be prepared for varying start times, starting as early as 4 am in the summer. Work involves tasks at heights, and you must be comfortable taking on various responsibilities.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr.
