**Job Title: Structural Technician** Job Description Join our team as a Structural Technician, contributing to an aircraft conversion program with a focus on heavy maintenance. This role primarily involves Q400 conversion to aerial firefighting, alongside basic structural repairs and maintenance of tears or cracks on various aircraft such as Q400, RJ 85's, Turbo Commanders, and Air Tractors. You will have the opportunity to work across different divisions and facilities. Responsibilities + Perform structural repairs and maintenance on Q400, RJ 85's, Turbo Commanders, and Air Tractors. + Engage in Q400 conversion to aerial firefighting. + Work across different divisions and facilities as needed. + Collaborate with a team to ensure aircraft functionality. Essential Skills + **5+ years of structures experience.** + Experience in heavy maintenance and line maintenance, with a focus on heavy structures. + Knowledge of Human Factors and WHMIS. + Experience with Dash 8 Q400, Turbo Props, and RJ 85. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in North regions like Yukon or NW territories is beneficial. + B737 experience with 5+ years is a plus. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Possess a positive attitude. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with 10-hour days, mostly from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime on Saturdays. Be prepared for full-time hours or 8-hour shifts as needed.
