Structural InspectorHelp safeguard the built environment across NYC and the I‑95 corridor.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically strong Structural Inspector to join our team. In this role, you’ll evaluate building and parking structure conditions, prepare accurate assessment reports, support structural repair design, and oversee construction activities to ensure work meets engineering and safety standards.

What You’ll DoPerform structural inspections of existing buildings and parking structuresConduct condition assessments and identify material deterioration, structural deficiencies, and code‑related concernsPrepare clear, well‑organized inspection reports and technical assessment documentationAssist in the design of structural repairs and rehabilitation solutionsReview construction work in progress for compliance with design documents and accepted engineering practicesPrepare bid documents and support contractor selectionCoordinate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to keep work moving efficientlySupport projects throughout New York City and along the I‑95 corridorWhat You BringDegree or professional background in structural engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related fieldExperience performing building and/or parking structure inspectionsAbility to conduct thorough structural condition assessmentsStrong technical writing skills with experience preparing professional engineering reportsbackground in structural repair or rehabilitation design (preferred but not required)Familiarity with construction administration and reviewing work during active constructionExperience preparing or supporting bid documentsComfort working on active construction sites and interacting with field personnelStrong organizational skills and responsiveness to project and client needsClear written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment

This is a field‑forward role requiring regular visits to active construction sites and existing structures. You’ll work closely with contractors, owners, and internal engineers, helping drive projects to completion. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
