Job Title: Structural Inspector
Job Description
This role involves performing inspections of existing buildings and parking structures, preparing clear and professional inspection and assessment reports, and designing structural repairs and rehabilitation solutions. The structural inspector will review construction work in progress for conformance with design documents, prepare bid documents, and support the bidding and contractor selection process. Coordination with contractors, clients, and internal project teams is essential to support projects throughout New York City and the I‑95 corridor.
Responsibilities

Degree or professional background in structural engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.Experience in building and parking structure inspections.Ability to conduct structural condition assessments.Experience in preparing clear, well-organized technical reports.background in structural repair or rehabilitation design.Familiarity with construction administration and reviewing work in progress.Experience with preparing or working with bid documents.Comfortable working on active construction sites.Strong organizational skills and responsiveness to project and client needs.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
