Position Summary This position reports directly to sr leadership and is responsible for managing multiple complex projects and cross‑functional teams. It requires advanced technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and effective coordination across disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of structural engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities + Lead and oversee several high‑complexity projects and multidisciplinary teams concurrently. + Establish project scope and define design parameters in alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. + Direct or contribute to the planning, design, and technical evaluation of structural systems and facilities. + Conduct structural analysis and perform design calculations for steel and concrete foundations and support structures. + Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction records. + Collaborate with engineering and architectural partners to produce coordinated and cohesive construction documents. + Review and approve shop drawings and submittals to confirm compliance with project requirements. + Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and contractors to ensure alignment on processes and deliverables. + Provide supervision, mentorship, and technical guidance to Structural Engineer I and II team members. + Communicate project updates and scope changes to the project executive and broader team. + Perform site visits to verify existing conditions and obtain field measurements. + Stay current with industry standards and pursue ongoing professional development in structural engineering. + Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Beverly Hills, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr. 401k match (currently 3%), company & individual performance, 3 weeks PTO (first 5 years) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Beverly Hills,MI.
