We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, providing technical leadership, ensuring documentation compliance, and conducting testing and support. This role requires expertise in structural design and analysis, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software tools.
ResponsibilitiesManage projects and schedule tasks effectively.Execute project-specific document control and review vendor-supplied engineering documents.Provide support to site erection and commissioning teams.Delegate work to drafters and other engineers and serve as a technical consultant to sales, construction teams, and customers.Train new engineering employees and assist the internal sales team.Develop new designs and solutions to engineering challenges.Develop project-specific operating and maintenance manuals.Write engineering specifications for tower lines and components.Verify and provide proof of job completion and meeting specification requirements for contractual purposes.Sign and approve drawings for new and project-specific designs, ensuring adherence to product standards.Troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment.Conduct product testing during development and post-installation to verify software and data development.Witness third-party contractual tests and provide pricing information for new quotes.Essential SkillsExpertise in structural design and structural analysis.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Risa3D.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsMaster's Degree in Structural Engineering preferred.Work EnvironmentThe team consists of five other engineers and eight designers. The work schedule includes three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days working remotely. The collaborative environment encourages innovation and supports professional growth.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $124000.00/yr.
