Join our team to provide structural engineering services for a wide range of structures, utilizing various construction materials such as steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel. Our projects encompass new hospitality projects, retail malls, apartment buildings, tenant improvements for high-end retail stores, building additions, and multi-million dollar luxury residences.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize AutoCAD and Revit for structural design drafting.Prepare structural drawings and sketches for various projects.Develop detailed drawings of structural components and systems.Collaborate with engineers to refine design concepts and ensure accuracy.Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations.Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers.Create 3D models of structures using CAD software.Update project documentation as changes occur.Learn document flow and follow detailed instructions.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting.Experience in drafting vertical buildings.A passion for structural engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsLong-term interest in structural drafting and design.Work EnvironmentThe position is on-site five days a week, within a family-oriented team that prioritizes office culture. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
