What You’ll DoConduct field visits, walkthroughs, and existing‑conditions assessmentsPerform structural analysis and design for:Custom single‑family homesRenovations, additions, and repairsNew constructionSpecialty engineering for steel fabricatorsProduce clear, accurate structural drawings and documentation using AutoCADComplete construction‑phase inspections to verify compliance with design intentCoordinate directly with clients, contractors, architects, and internal team members to keep projects on trackWhat You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred)1–4 years of structural engineering experienceStrong understanding of structural materials and systems, including:steel, cold‑formed steel, engineered wood, masonry, aluminum, concrete foundations, and retaining wallsExperience performing structural analysis and conducting pre‑ and post‑construction site visitsProficiency with AutoCADExcellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Brookfield, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
