What You’ll Do + Conduct field visits, walkthroughs, and existing‑conditions assessments + Perform structural analysis and design for: + Custom single‑family homes + Renovations, additions, and repairs + New construction + Specialty engineering for steel fabricators + Produce clear, accurate structural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD + Complete construction‑phase inspections to verify compliance with design intent + Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, architects, and internal team members to keep projects on track What You Bring + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred) + 1–4 years of structural engineering experience + Strong understanding of structural materials and systems, including: + steel, cold‑formed steel, engineered wood, masonry, aluminum, concrete foundations, and retaining walls + Experience performing structural analysis and conducting pre‑ and post‑construction site visits + Proficiency with AutoCAD + Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Brookfield, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
