What You’ll DoConduct site walkthroughs and assessments to document existing conditionsPerform structural analysis and design for:Custom single‑family homesRenovations and repairsNew constructionSpecialty engineering for steel fabricatorsCreate precise structural drawings and documentation using AutoCADComplete construction‑phase inspections to verify compliance with design intentWork directly with clients, contractors, and internal team members to keep projects moving smoothlyWhat You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural focus preferred)1–4 years of structural engineering experienceSolid understanding of structural materials and systems including steel, cold‑formed steel, engineered wood, masonry, aluminum, concrete foundations, and retaining wallsExperience with structural analysis and pre-/post‑construction site visitsProficiency in AutoCADStrong communication skills—written and verbalBonus Points ForEIT certificationMaster’s degree in Structural EngineeringExperience with structural software (RISA‑3D, RAM, etc.)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsWhy You’ll Love Working Here

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
