**Structural Assembler in Texas! Hiring Immediately!**
**Job Description**
The role requires proficiency in using drilling devices such as pistol grip drill motors, 90-degree angle motors, 45-degree angle motors, and countersink cages. You will acquire skills to use reverse pancake motors, snatch blocks/steamboats, Winslow guns, and Spacematic power feeds. You must perform the entire sealing process and be capable of installing and removing various fasteners including button head/flush hilok/hilite, castellated nuts, rivets, blind rivets, and jo-bolts. You may also run hydraulic systems tests.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use drilling devices like pistol grip drill motors, 90-degree angle motors, and countersink cages.
+ Operate reverse pancake motors, snatch blocks/steamboats, Winslow guns, and Spacematic power feeds.
+ Perform the entire sealing process.
+ Install and remove various fasteners including button head/flush hilok/hilite, castellated nuts, rivets, blind rivets, and jo-bolts.
+ Run hydraulic systems tests when necessary.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1.5 - 2 years of experience in aircraft sheet metal assembly or structural repair.
+ High school diploma.
+ Mastery in pneumatic tools, electrical bonding equipment, measuring devices, and torquing equipment.
+ Ability to use scales, protrusion gages, fastener grip gages, calipers, micrometers, trulok gages, go-no-go gages, ball gages, fastener height gages, torque wrenches, and torque screw guns.
+ Proficiency in drilling devices like pistol grip drill motors, 90-degree and 45-degree angle motors, and Spacematic power feeds.
+ Ability to drill holes true and round, maintain angularity, determine edge, pitch, and spacing distances, and differentiate hole requirements.
+ Skill in installing fasteners such as button head, flush hilok/hilite, castellated nuts, rivets, and jo-bolts.
+ Capability in performing various sealing processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with manufacturing drawings (blueprints) to build assemblies.
+ Work experience in drilling and countersinking metal surfaces.
+ Knowledge of grip gages and Clecos.
+ Understanding of the difference between Hilock/Hilite and Rivets.
+ Ability to use measurement tools on a 6” scale.
+ Experience using bucking bars and tools to install solid rivets.
+ Understanding of edge distance (ED).

**Work Environment**
The role is based in a 250,000 square foot facility located in Red Oak, where wings for the Global Express 8000 are manufactured.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Oak, Texas.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
