Job Description Provides structural analysis support by performing analysis, design, and test of one or more moderately complex materials, structural components, and functional systems of the company's products. Structural analysis can cover a variety of structures, from MGSE to flight hardware. Analyst is expected to work closely with the program design engineers by providing regular feedback on task status, overall structural performance, and to provide recommendations for meeting the specified task objective. Analysis requests may also include test development and support activities, from modal testing to structural qualification loading tests. Skills and Requirements 5 years Structural Engineering Experience (within Aerospace/mechanical) Experience with FEMAP Experience in performing a wide variety of classical and finite element analyses. Experience in performing a variety of classical and finite element analysis solution types. Analyzes, researches, and develops structural engineering specifications for metallic, non-metallic, and composite structures in all phases of the product life cycle from preliminary design to sustainment. Bachelors Degree in Science
