**Data Modeling & Visibility:**
+ Design and implement complex data models, role hierarchies, and sharing mechanisms to secure data and optimize platform performance.
+ "Clicks-not-Code" Leadership: Evaluate business requirements to determine the best approach, favoring standard configuration ("clicks") over custom code, but directing custom development (Apex, LWC) when necessary.
**Technical Governance & DevOps:**
+ Define and enforce standards for development, documentation, and deployment, ensuring CI/CD best practices are followed.
+ Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to executives, product managers, and stakeholders, communicating technical designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Mentor & Lead:**
+ Mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants, reviewing their work to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
+ Release Management: Stay updated on Salesforce releases (3x per year) to proactively update architectural roadmaps and leverage new features.
**Required Qualifications:**
**Certification:**
+ Valid Salesforce Certified Application Architect designation (must have Platform App Builder, Data Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, and Platform Developer I).
**Experience:**
+ 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3-4 years in a senior architect or design role.
+ Technical Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Platform, declarative automation (Flows), Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
+ Integration Understanding: Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP API) and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
+ Experience in a multi-cloud environment (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
+ Experience with Salesforce Industries (e.g., Vlocity/OmniStudio).
+ Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, SFDX).
+ Background in agile development methodologies.
