Key Role

Apply well-developed consulting skills and an in-depth functional knowledge in the execution of strategy assignments.Plan, organize, and lead tasks and projects to ensure the quality of client deliverables.Leverage and improve various frameworks and methodologies within strategy development and implementation.Demonstrate knowledge of industry and market trends in providing recommendations to clients based on best practices.Interpret the results from multiple project components and translate these findings into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions.Work closely with client team members to generate practical solutions and ensure clients assume the ownership required for successful implementation.

Qualifications

0-4 years of experience for Associate / 4-6 years of experience for Senior Associate position in industry and relevant functional work with strategy, boutique, or consulting firmsBachelor’s degree from top universities (Engineering / Business Administration / Economics) MBA from a reputable university is a plusSector experience is a plusStrong command of written and spoken EnglishAbility to articulate how a problem is approached and decomposedExperiences in creating consulting style PowerPoint deliverables, status reports, meeting notes, project tracking etc.Excellent relationship-building skills, with superior ability to interface well with individuals of varying levels and backgrounds in order to develop strong partnerships both internally and externallyStrong leadership and facilitation skillsStrong analytical skills and adaptation skillsExcellent communication, demonstration and presentation skillsFull computer literacy
