You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live.

Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and toolsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when neededProvide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetingsLead budget management, resource planning and utilizationConfirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go liveOwn the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project deliveryWhat you will bring

What you need to know about this position:
Support Mondelez strategic initiatives tracking (Growth platforms, innovation and regionalization projects), ensuring that the company’s strategic plan is being translated into tangible results and propose corrective action plans to keep priority initiatives on track.Develop robust financial and commercial analyses to support strategic decision-making, including detailed management and monitoring of key financial indicators (Net Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Income, margin, volume, and market share).Conduct in-depth market diagnostics, mapping the external environment and identifying consumer trends, market movements, and competitor behavior to anticipate risks and opportunities.Lead comprehensive competitor analyses, evaluating market performance, financial results, product launches, pricing strategies, marketing activities, and distribution channels of key competitors.Support the continuous implementation and enhancement of digital solutions that automate KPI monitoring and improve the quality and agility of strategic decision-making processes.Actively collaborate in inorganic growth initiatives by assessing partnership and M&A opportunities, contributing to business case development and feasibility analyses.What extra ingredients you will bring:
Proven experience in corporate strategy, preferably within FMCG companies or consultancies.Hands-on, results-oriented with strong analytical skills and pragmatism to drive daily operations and quick impacts.Solid knowledge of corporate finance (P&L analysis, financial planning, financial indicators, pricing, and trade management).Experience in KPI tracking, dashboards, and strategic initiative monitoring.Ability to work in a multifunctional environment managing priorities and interacting with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance teams.Proactive in proposing continuous improvements in strategic and management processes.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with analytical tools and digital KPI management platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Advanced English and Spanish for interaction with global teams and external partners is mandatory.Education / Certifications:
