What are we looking for

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic project manager to support high‑visibility global programs and process‑driven initiatives for Investment Services. The role requires strong collaboration, operational excellence, and the ability to partner effectively across the bank.

The candidate will drive executive decision‑making and enterprise alignment through disciplined execution, with responsibilities spanning strategy‑oriented project management, executive reporting, senior‑level forum enablement, and stakeholder engagement. They will lead strategic initiatives that advance Investment Services priorities, shape roadmaps, manage cross‑functional workstreams, and translate complex challenges into clear recommendations and high‑quality communications for executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Management

Drive and support key initiatives and advocacy programs, ensuring full alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Develop presentations, scorecards, and other summaries that highlight status, trends, risks and opportunities

Oversee, streamline and maintain plans for content operations programs, including intake, workflow management, version control, and publishing cadence

Drive change‑management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models

Supervise and enforce service level agreements (SLAs), deliver timely and accurate operational reporting, and ensure strict adherence to established project timelines and performance metrics

Facilitate clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, and leverage data-driven insights to support informed decision-making across global initiatives

Executive Forums

Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of executive forums, including agenda design, stakeholder alignment, content creation, logistics, and follow‑up on actions/ takeaways

Facilitate high‑impact leadership discussions that drive strategic decisions, synthesize diverse perspectives, and convert insights into clear actions

Manage operational excellence, including scheduling, communications, participant briefings, meeting materials, and technology enablement to deliver a seamless executive experience

Qualification & Certifications

Experience: 15+ years in strategy project management, with leadership experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred  

Certifications: PMP/PMI or equivalent

Primary Skills (Must Have)

Strong knowledge of investment management/ servicing industry

Proven experience managing strategic, cross‑functional, and high‑visibility initiatives in a complex global environment

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and operate effectively in fast‑paced environments

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, JIRA, Microsoft Project; hands-on experience with AI tools and Copilot.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines and effectively execute in a fast paced environment

Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

Proactive approach to problem-solving; Self-motivated and goal-oriented
