We provide the best customer experience possible for our consumers, as well as facilitating growth and earnings for our merchants and drivers. **About the Role:** We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Delivery People Lifecycle & Churn to join the Delivery People Experience & Earnings team. This is a highly visible, business critical role focused on improving the experience and optimising the supply hours of those who deliver with Uber. You’ll own our churn strategy end to end, defining high value segments, shaping lifecycle management approaches, and using data to identify where and how we can better support Delivery People across their journey. This role blends deep analytical work with hands on execution, partnering closely with cross functional teams to turn insights into real world impact. **Your impact in role:** - Own and evolve Delivery People segmentation, lifetime value modelling, and lifecycle strategy to maximise supply hours - Analyse lifecycle progression, early loss signals, and intent triggers to inform targeted interventions - Identify key churn drivers and lead initiatives to reduce churn across priority cohorts - Support Uber Pro strategy and contribute to product enhancements that improve Delivery People experience and retention **The experience you’ll bring** - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with some SQL capability and high data fluency - Experience taking work from strategy through to execution in fast paced environments - Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills - 2+ years of experience in roles such as strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or tech and start up environments Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
