Learning Experience Designer - Group IT Learning & Onboarding Specialist at Schaeffler Group IT

Responsibilities
Lead and support people development projects with focus on, onboarding and learning formats tailored specifically for Schaeffler’s Group IT organization:
Creation of interactive, digital learning content in various formats – e.g. blended learning, web-based training and video tutorials
Creative content design with popular graphic tools
Development of learning paths, materials and methods that are individually tailored to the needs of the learners within the Group IT
Implementation of success checks of the learning programs and their continuous optimization
Collaborate closely with IT leadership and teams to address strategic workforce development challenges by designing and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance skills, engagement, and knowledge sharing.
Analyze Group IT skill structure, and according to development requirements to improve and drive change initiatives using proven skill management methodologies.
Manage sub-projects and coordinate cross-functional efforts in regards of learning and development within Group IT
Support the design and rollout of IT-specific learning programs, including according to communication campaigns and ensuring smooth onboarding processes that align with Schaeffler’s digital strategy.
Contribute actively to the continuous growth and transformation of Schaeffler’s Group IT learning culture, promoting innovation and collaboration.
Your QualificationsSuccessfully completed a university degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Psychology, Communication Studies, or a related field.
Longterm experience with Articulate or other learning software suites
Proved experience in storytelling, content creation and designing of web-based learning formats
Practical experience with learning & development — preferably within IT or digital environments.
Ideally, initial professional experience in consulting, HR development, Training & Learning Experience, organizational development, or IT strategy functions.
Strategic and operational thinker with the ability to stay calm and solution-focused in complex situations.
Strong analytical, presentation, and moderation skills combined with the ability to influence and motivate diverse IT stakeholders.
Curious and eager to embrace new topics, perspectives, and technologies, with a service-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
