We’re looking for a Strategy Associate to join our growing Group Corporate Strategy team, working directly with the Chief Strategy & Integration Officer and partnering closely with the Executive Board. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver strategic priorities across the combined Crayon and SoftwareOne Group.You’ll work hands-on on high-impact initiatives that influence the group’s direction and collaborate closely with senior leaders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of Corporate Strategy initiatives across SoftwareOne Group (including Crayon)
Conduct research and data-driven analysis to inform C-suite decision-making and strategic recommendations
Manage and assist in running projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Prepare clear, compelling presentations and reports for senior leadership
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to gather insights and align on strategic priorities
What we need to see from you
Experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Banking, or other high-performing environmentsSolid analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insightsA master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or a related fieldProven ability to manage projects and work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadershipA proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of the tech industry, and/or Software & Cloud is a plus
