Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Strategy and Implementation Oracle HCM Consultant to join their team. As a Strategy and Implementation Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be part of the People Technology department supporting HR and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Strategy and Implementation Oracle HCM Consultant
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range: $72./hr**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead comprehensive assessments of Oracle HCM system configurations across core modules including HR, Time and Absence, and Compensation.
+ Evaluate current system designs against industry best practices and organizational needs, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization.
+ Develop detailed recommendations and create phased roadmaps for immediate, medium-term, and long-term improvements.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, facilitate discovery sessions, and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities.
+ Document current and future state configurations, business processes, and system touchpoints, ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation quality.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM in implementation, configuration, or consulting roles.
+ Deep functional expertise in Core HR, Time and Absence, and Compensation modules, including complex relationships and configurations.
+ Proven experience leading or contributing to full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations and system assessments.
+ Strong consulting and advisory skills, including stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
+ Additional skills in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and relevant certifications are highly preferred.
