Strategic Sourcing Specialist
**Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager - IT Software** **Location: Charlotte, Winston-Salem or Atlanta** **Role & Responsibilities:** The Strategic Sourcing Manager will assist with managing the volume of contracts in the IT Software space, including professional services. The ideal candidate will have a proven capability to successfully lead, execute, and manage sourcing category initiatives for ongoing sourcing activities. Sourcing engagements are key to business initiatives for ongoing operations and setting foundations for innovation and new opportunities. This role aims to enable broad, long-term strategic objectives such as enhancing revenue, improving quality and efficiency, improving sourcing processes, achieving cost savings, advancing technological development, impacting talent management, advancing teammate capabilities, implementing new product initiatives, and other strategic priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and execute sourcing category initiatives for IT software and professional services. + Manage ongoing sourcing activities to support business operations and innovation. + Enhance revenue, improve quality and efficiency, and achieve cost savings. + Advance technological development and impact talent management. + Implement new product initiatives and other strategic priorities. **Required Qualifications:** + Extensive experience managing and executing strategic sourcing events for software and professional services (minimum 5 years). + Proficiency in Ariba. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
