Our client, a leader in the aerospace and engineering industry, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II to join their team. As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II, you will be part of the Engineering – Enterprise department, supporting sourcing managers and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Strategic Sourcing Specialist II
**Location:** Tempe, AZ (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite per week)
**Pay Range:** $40–$50/hr
**What’s the Job?**
+ Draft, negotiate, and execute NDAs and contract amendments.
+ Prepare and submit compliance packages (ETRs, supplier scorecards, FRPJs, SAP updates).
+ Manage RFQs/RFIs and supplier transitions.
+ Support sourcing strategy development and supplier performance management.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and support the Procure-to-Pay process.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Pricing Analysis.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong analytical and execution skills.
+ Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or RFQ tools preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder
