We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Manager. This role involves leading the execution of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, performing advanced data analysis, and driving continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the execution of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs across assigned categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sourcing strategies.Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and other analytical tools to develop insights, recommendations, and sourcing strategies.Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies by providing analytical and market intelligence input.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Legal, and Category Leads) to define requirements, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, tools, and best practices leveraging AI and other optimization technologies.Essential Skills7+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience2+ years of strategic sourcing specifically in services such as IT, Consulting, Media, and SystemsProficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookupsStrong skills in contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in supply chain managementKnowledge of service-based sourcingAbility to work in managerial, IT, media, and consulting environmentsWork EnvironmentThe position requires onsite work from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays. Work hours are from 8/9 AM to 5 PM. The office environment is vibrant, with fun activities such as potlucks, office gatherings, and cookouts. The location is conveniently near a variety of restaurants.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
