Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Tues–Thurs Onsite in Malvern, PA)

Contract Term: 6 Months | Potential for Extension or Full-Time Conversion

Our client, a leader in enterprise procurement transformation, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support the full deal lifecycle within its IT Procurement Category. This role offers the opportunity to lead sourcing engagements, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization—all while contributing to cutting-edge initiatives in cloud services, software procurement, and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing engagements over $250K and support complex deals alongside Category LeadsDevelop negotiation strategies and guide internal clients through the contracting processDrive competitive bidding processes (RFx), supplier consolidation, and co-terming initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with Supplier Management, Risk, and Vendor Management teamsSupport Oracle procurement system tasks and contribute to process improvement initiativesParticipate in special projects and departmental tech/process upgrades

Qualifications

5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in IT/software/cloud servicesStrategic sourcing and stakeholder management expertiseAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with Oracle procurement systemsExposure to AI-related sourcing or technologies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
