Strategic Sourcing Analyst Location: Hybrid (Tues–Thurs Onsite in Malvern, PA) Contract Term: 6 Months | Potential for Extension or Full-Time Conversion Our client, a leader in enterprise procurement transformation, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support the full deal lifecycle within its IT Procurement Category. This role offers the opportunity to lead sourcing engagements, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization—all while contributing to cutting-edge initiatives in cloud services, software procurement, and AI integration. Key Responsibilities + Lead sourcing engagements over $250K and support complex deals alongside Category Leads + Develop negotiation strategies and guide internal clients through the contracting process + Drive competitive bidding processes (RFx), supplier consolidation, and co-terming initiatives + Collaborate cross-functionally with Supplier Management, Risk, and Vendor Management teams + Support Oracle procurement system tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives + Participate in special projects and departmental tech/process upgrades Qualifications + 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in IT/software/cloud services + Strategic sourcing and stakeholder management expertise + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + Familiarity with Oracle procurement systems + Exposure to AI-related sourcing or technologies Why Work Here?
